3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
RBSG 2004, on cask: Brown black with a thin tan head. Sweet licorice aroma, smooth soft carbonation. I really dont like licorice that much, so my rating is a bit low.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask @ Portland Brewing for RBSG 04
Aroma of roasted malt, black patent & faint licorice that blends in with the hops. The flavor is swee4t & balanced, a light malt flavor with low carbonation . Finishes astringent and roasted. This is fairly similar to the regular version with the cask qualities standing out the most and a little anise.
