Jun 4, 2004 Had on Cask at the brewpub 8/14/03. It was a hot day, and this was not a chilled cask, so the beer came rather warm. Brown body with a big tan head that diminished slowly and left nice lacing. Slighty opaque, with a mild malt aroma. Nice malt sweetness with a nut back, probably hazelnuts, and a bright bitter finish. Quite good tasting, but I would have preferred a chilled cask.
