Draft.. Poured clear dark copper color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate balanced toasted aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium toasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.
draft at the brewpub - Pours mostly clear amber with a thin head. The aroma is mainly caramel malt. The flavor was malty with some caramel notes and a more unusual malt accent I can’t quite place. It’s sort of musty with some mild hops and a light to medium body. Okay beer.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated dark orange colored body. The mild aroma was dough. The semi-flat mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and mild hops. Not one of their better beers but quaffable.
