Rated on 8-03-2012 on tap at Fort Wayne, IN, Mad Anthony location. This beer has a very small head with a lengthy retention, opaque orange brown body and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is caramel malt and some wheat. The flavor is semi-sweet, lightly bitter, caramel malt, light toffee, wheat, and some hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. I did not care for the flavor of this beer as the various flavors just did not meet together very well.

Draft @ Warsaw location. Nutty caramel and wheat malt aroma. Hazy dirty straw gold with a small off-white head. Wheat malt flavor with a light bitter finish. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

tap at Ft Wayne brewpub - Pours very hazy amber with a small head. It has a very distinct caramel aroma. The flavor is mostly sweet caramel malt. I picked up a little bitterness in the finish and a slightly off hint of band aid. It’s light bodied, mostly sweet, and not bad.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of no head except around the edges where it was finely sized foamy with off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind no visible carbonation in a semi-opaque brown colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was bready and dough. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a hoppy aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of brown malt dough and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.
