UPDATED: MAR 30, 2013 Pour from a 12oz bottle. Cloudy yellow brew with small head - maybe a little flat. Faint aroma of light grain / malt. Taste is sweet grain at the start with a cirtusy / lemon grass twang in the finish. Overall light but crisp and nice.
I also picked up their IPA and APA but both were spoiled. Glad I stuck to single bottles.

Tap at Mad Ants. Grainy malt and citrus aroma. Hazy golden yellow with a moderate soapy head. Creamy malt and sour lactic flavor. Medium creamy body, light carbonation.

Draft: poured a clear golden with white head. Aroma was light with some grain. Taste was very fresh grain and corny. Refreshing beer ready for a hot summers day.

cloudy, very light gold, white head. slight skunk, sulfur, lemon nose. taste is malt, grain...some corn. Feels slightly sour, very plain, very bland. Nothing overly wrong about it, just...nothing else going on either....slight cloying aftertaste.

This one had some poor ratings but they don’t really mean shit. Pours crystal clear yellow and little to no head that will stay around. Nose had just a touch of sulphury lager notes but other than that there is some very light floral noble hop aroma and some toasted malts. Flavor is some light toasted malts and very light floral hops. The finish is medium light sweetness and light bitterness. Overall it is pretty bland and will appeal to BMC drinkers but isn’t that bad at all. Seemingly quality fermentation. Good for what it is.

bottle... murky medium straw, light tan head... smells really bad, skunky grains with a bit of sweetness... tastes equally bad... don’t bother

On tap at the Warsaw location. Yep, its a Pale Lager. Light in color, aromas, tastes and body. Some grass and corn.

Very thin offering from a local brewer whose other varieites offer a broad range of styles and flavors. Even at the tap at the brewpup of origin it fails to make an impression. Also offered bottled locally, but the bottled version is absolutely to be avoided - sours very quickly upon opening.

Draft @ Mad Anthony Old State Ale House, Elkhart. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of light lager malts. Flavour is lager malts, vergetables. A bit skunked. Slighly bitter finish.

A- Body is a very pale straw yellow color that has the slightest bit of translucency. An aggressive pour produces a head of one finger or so but this fades to a very thin collar pretty quickly. No lacing is left behind in the glass. S-The main scent is sweet pale malt. That’s pretty much all I am getting. T- Faded sweet pale malt flavors upfront with almost nothing to balance it out. The finish adds just a touch of soft pine and is very clean other than that. Nothing lingers on the palate. P-Medium to high carbonation and a light drinkable body-that is a hair thinner than I like. O- Not bad for a run of the mill blond lager. Very light and drinkable. Reminds me a lot of an all-malt lager rather than a BMC type though. Not bad. Would take this over BMC any day.
