Tap at the Fort Wayne location. Sooo creamy... a great mouthfeel! Personally Iíd like it to be a touch sweeter, but it IS a dry stout, so I canít fault it for that. Itís usually the first thing I order when I visit, and I just love the whole experience of drinking it. Feels like drinking a frothy storm cloud. Mmm... storm cloud.

Tap: at source (Ft. Wayne) Pours black with a creamy, brown head. Scent is gourmet coffee....chocolate and cream. Taste is creamy chocolate and coffee... Very silky. Not very strong, but the ultra smooth feel makes up for it..... Great.

Taster on tap at the brewpub. Very dark brown red color, clear. Thin light brown head. Bits of sort of loose lace. Good roast malts, coffee in the nose. Hint of dark chocolate. Nice btiterness, little sweet. Lighter body, creamy lighter smooth carbonation. Good light easy-drinking but flavorful dry stout. Lightly dry finish.

Tap at Warsaw location. Earthy coffee and chocolate aroma. Near black with a moderate thick creamy tan head, creamy lacing. Ashy acidic espresso flavor with a roasty bitter finish. Rather light for the style.

On tap at the pub. Pours black with a dense tan head. Cocoa, espresso, roasted malt notes. Light to medium body with a low level of carbonation. Nice enjoyable stout.

Pours black with a thin tan head. The aroma is burnt malt and roast. The taste is sharp black malt, roast, and coffee. This beer might be a bit better if it was a nitro pour, but itís really pretty boring.

On tap at the Warsaw location. Poured a dark brown (almost black) color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of roast, some earthiness, and some chocolate. Tastes of roast, earthy, chocolate, and lighter coffee.

Nitro. Near black pour with a creamy, khaki colored head of foam. The aroma has a lot of roasty character. Big notes of roasty coffee and bitter dark chocolate. Velvety mouthfeel. Low carbonation and light body.

On Tap. Pours a deep brown, nearly black, nice chocolaty head that dissipates. Aroma is a toffee, chocolate mix. Taste is roast malts with very light coffee notes. Could use a mouthier feel, but a nice stout nonetheless.

Draft: poured a deep black color with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate and malt. Taste has nice soft dark chocolate with roasted malt. Also had dry coffee finish.
