Bottle: Pours a clear copper orange with a frothy, nicely-lacing off-white head. Fresh piney resinous hoppy aroma has a good earthy caramel malty backbone. Body starts fairly full and sweet with some toasty notes and plenty of sticky piney hop resin and a touch of grapefruit flavor. A nice, flavorful, balanced, and drinkable IPA.

tap at BWW in downtown Indianapolis. burnt clear orange with a soft fluffy white head. nose of pine and metallic hops with some light passionfruit like notes. light flavors of pineapple, lemon, copper with some pine. the mouthfeel suffers here-not much substance. ends up feeling watery and thin. fuzzy carbonation doesnt help either. maybe this was an old keg? i dunno. not a bad start, but could use some tweeking.

Orange/copper. Insignificant head. Resiny grapefruit rind hop aroma. Same flavor with just enough malt to soften the palate. Medium, balanced body. Good session IPA. Great with pizza.

goldtwins (4320) - Nesconset, New York, USA - JUN 5, 2006
Poured a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Tangerine hoppy notes in the aroma. Sweet malt as well. The flavor starts with malt with some citrusy hopps in the middle. Mild to moderate bitterness on the semi-dry finish.

aracauna (3052) - Georgia, USA - JUN 4, 2006
Pours a clear amber. This aroma is full of good orangey hops. The hops are aggressive in the flavor as well. A solid IPA with plenty of hop aroma and flavor.

This bottled brew poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated hazy dark orange colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was mild with a mild hop and a slight spice note. The mouth feel was tingly at the start then mellowed in the finish with a mild hop slight spice malty note.

Nice pour....golden, amber with a fluffy white head. Nice hoppy nose, citric, piney in nature. More malt in the flavor than I expected, but this was still big hops in the mouth. Very tasty.....nice session IPA.

Bottle. Small off-white head that mostly diminished with minimal lacing, transparent, carbonated, and an orange hue. The nose was very hoppy, piney, some light malt notes, and some grapefruit. The flavor was some caramel, grapefruit, and very hoppy, piney tasting. Tingly, sticky mouthfeel. Medium body. Lots of hops in this one for those that consider themselves to be a "hophead".

Thanks to Brock_Landers for giving me this bottle beer last weekend!

Pours a copper colored body and a tall white head. The aroma and flavor bring large suggestions of caramel; some buttered and toasted honey-nut wheat bread, a jumbo dosage of juicy pine resin alpha hops, and spicy notes of cedar wood chips… Sticky palate and a dry bitter finish…. YEP… It’s an IPA, and a tasty one at that!
Thanks, John!
