Didn’t like it before but now this seems to be a very refreshing well balanced I.P.A, sort of a lite version of dogfishhead 60. This is sold for only $6.99 at my local grocery store. pepsican (885), The Student Ghetto, Iowa, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 6, 2008 Thanks to bdigi66 for sending this my way. POurs a slightly hazed amber with a thick and creamy white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Flavor in piney hops, citrus, floral hops, bread, and caramel malts. Decently carbonated but a bit too creamy than I prefer for an IPA. Slightly bitter, not as hoppy as the nose suggests. Interesting beer, thanks bdigi! bdigital (586), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 16, 2008 Bottle: Mostly clear, bronze/orange pour with a medium-sized white head. Very good lacing to complement. Nose hints at massive amounts of piney and citrus hops as well as a subtle grass and light malt aroma. Medium bodied mouth feel leads to, again a huge amount of resin and citrus hop body. This is very well-made and I commend Mad Anthony on a job well-done. BBB63 (4228), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 12, 2007 Bottle and served in standard pint glass: Shows a hazed deep amber hue with sunset highlights topped by a big white fluffy head and excellent lace. The aroma has notes of floral, herbal and citric hops over a bed of biscuity and grainy malts. Some toffee and nutty notes also found on the nose.
The taste is balance bitters and moderate malts with a very subdued spicy and metallic finish. Not a lot of depth but very drinkable and refreshing with a sprite and lightly biting mouth feel. I am surprised by this beer and came into it not expect much but a watery bland IPA, instead I found a solid quaffable beer. Not for hopheads however, entry level stuff. jake65 (1698), Williston, North Dakota, USA

Nose is floral, citrus, and caramel sweetness. Light and fruity aroma. Tastes dry up front with florals and light citrus. A hint of grass and herbals goes a bit malty into the tail with more some wetter hops in the finish. madscotsman (147), Fairview Heights, Illinois, USA

clear amber, thin frothy off white head, lots of lace, sweet floral hop aroma, earthy hop flavor on a mostly dry carmel malt base, a good IPA but very average by today’s standards,
