Terrific! Had on tap at Paula’s Seafood in Fort Wayne...what a great beer! Amber brown great mixture of malts and hops. some fruit. Had 3 of them and can’t wait to have them again. Excellent beer

Mar 10, 2008 Growler courtesy of a traveling friend. This beer is a dark brownish-amber color with a thin beige head that diminishes quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of spices, roasted malt and hops. Medium-bodied and moderately spicy with toasted malt, floral hops and some tart fruit, The finish is mildly sweet malt with a lingering spiced hops aftertaste. Pretty solid all around.

Dec 30, 2007 Tap. Cherry malt aroma. Reddish amber with small head. Strong malt flavor with bitter hops finish. A very different brown ale - very hoppy and quite fruity.

Feb 23, 2007 Draft sampler at Fort Wayne, IN. Dark brown color pour with a moderate creamy off-white head that lasted and had good lacing. Good toasted malt aroma. Medium body. Medium toasted malt and hop flavor with an average bittersweet finish of moderate duration.

Feb 19, 2006 draft. It’s been a few days since I had the brew so I probablyu won’t do it justice. Poured medium dark amber with a frothy white head. Very thick for an ale but good for the style. A nice blend of malt and hops and a just a little sour with barely a hint of citrus. An enjoyable brew.
