On tap at the brew keeper. A little flat, with a very simple hop profile. I generally like a hoppy beer, but the level of hops diminishes the ability to detect the subtle flavors.

Aug 21, 2009 Bottle thanks to miketd. Pour is dark brown with large tan head. Aroma is floral and pine hops with hints of caramel malt and toffee. Flavor is big pine hop flavor with a nice malty backbone. Well balanced and easy drinking.

July 17-19, 2008: Hop Fusion IPA has sugary citrusy cascade hops, a bit of pine, and toffee malt in the aroma. It is golden-honey in color and mostly clear with an dense, creamy off-white head an thick, detailed lacing. Lots of hoppiness comes through in the flavor as well. It has a moderate to high pine, citrus, and floral hop flavor and bitterness as well as enough sugary maltiness to keep the beer balanced. This medium-bodied brew is smooth, silky, and mellow on the palate. Overall it is quite good!

Jun 27, 2009 22 oz. bottle. Clear copper pour with a big, yellow/tan creamy head that sticks around leaving a sliding lace. Piney, spicy hops in the first wave, followed by a more dominant grainy character with substantial caramel. Medium body, soft carbonation that comes as a surprise in the context of the size of the head. Clean palate with a mildly resinous quality. Peppery bitterness starts quickly and overlays a dark caramel and distantly fruity base. The finish is long and bitter. Very respectable, drinkable, a solid performer.

Jun 10, 2009 Piney hops, nice bitter kick.. not too sharp.. Nice mouth-feel, medium finish. Easy drinking IPA, very well balanced. Picked up from Habeeb near West Geauga.

May 27, 2009 Bottle from Beerman6686. Thanks man! Nice hop nose that consists of citrus - orange and grapefruit mainly, tropical punch, a hint of dank, and some caramel malts. Pours dark amber with a thin white head, some lace. Soft toasty flavors, moderate citrus notes - mostly juicy orange, some floral and pine notes as well. Lightly juicy piney resins linger on the palate. Fairly standard nicely drinkable IPA with no flaws.

Apr 22, 2009 Dark amber color witha beige head. Aroma of caramel, toffee and citrus hops. Flavor of caramel malts and citrus hops with some spice and tangyness.

Apr 10, 2009 Bottle. Pours a coppery brown with a nice finger or so of beige head. Aromas are odd... white grape juice, pineapple, caramel and bread. Flavor is similar in that it is kind of strange. Malt is very bready and there is not enough hops to balance it out to seem like an IPA. It almost reminds me of the strange offspring of a scotch ale and an IPA.
