Mad Brewer Mad Cow Stout

Bottle from Brigadier. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Smells of chocolate and vegetal. Tastes of caramel and sweet chocolate. Decent.

Poured a clear very deep brown color with a copper edge and a tan head. The aroma was of mild roasted malt and smooth milk chocolate. Sweet roasted flavor. Mild notes of hops run through the middle of the beer. Mild-moderate bitterness and a medium body. Pretty tasty beer.
