Poured a clear very deep brown color with a copper edge and a tan head. The aroma was of mild roasted malt and smooth milk chocolate. Sweet roasted flavor. Mild notes of hops run through the middle of the beer. Mild-moderate bitterness and a medium body. Pretty tasty beer.

May 29, 2008 Smooth and sweet stout Light and easy drinking. Dark roasted malt profile with some sugary sweetness. Rounded by the bittersweet baking chocolate.
