Draft The draft version of this beer, is by far my favorite over the two. The draft beer is about 9% alcohol, the flavor is still a bit sweet. Hints of vanilla. Very smooth and excellent overall flavor. Very deceptive with alcohol, be prepared for the Storm, it will hit ya. Bottle Tends to be higher alcohol than the draft. Being soo, it carries a more sweet taste. Same as the draft though. Great color. Great aroma. And approving flavor. Both beers have been big hits with females, and those who favor for some reason the traditional beers. And dont want the hops.???

Light copper, soft white head. Nose is vanilla, a little buttery malt. Reminiscent of an english barleywine. Very little hops, some alcohol. Flavor is more of that rich english malt, very clean toffee, strawberry & cream. Tasty but a bit sweet.

22 oz. bottle via trade with Brigadier - Pours a clear copper color with a one and a quarter finger thick off white head. Light lacing. Has a sweet toasty malt aroma. Quite nice. Lively carbonation. Flavor is toasted malt with a touch of vanilla and cereal. Medium body. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. This is a really good beer. Thanks Nathan

The label states 11% not 9.1%. Poured a hazed amber with a medium off-white head that becomes a long lasting ring. The aroma is spicy and minty. The vanilla is light and there is mild tartness. The flavor had some vanilla and caramel malt with a touch of tartness. Creamy soft mouth feel.

22 oz bottle

Thanks to dankman38 for picking this up. I’m going to have to send some nice things his way in return. You can now get it at local shops like 101 Bottles in Kent; drop the Cleveland locals a line if you want to give this gem a try. You won’t regret it.

Aroma / Appearance - The bleached one finger head settled slowly. The base was an amber color that looked somewhat like a gourmet cream soda complete with lazy carbonation. The nose was an interesting cola mixture of vanilla cream, cherry 7UP, caramel syrup and butterscotch. Besides being inviting it was also cohesive.

Flavor / Palate - The first sensation to hit the throat was liquid caramel. Next came a more creamy sensation that was kind of like Hansen’s Vanilla Cream drink. The cherry finish highlights a fruity spectrum. The only real flaw is in the alcoholic imbalance though at 9% that’s not unexpected. This is a perfect dessert beer.
