COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style India Pale Ale that is brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and then dry- hopped with over 44 pounds of Centennial as well for an extra fresh hop punch. This beer has a fresh resiny herbal and citrusy grapefruit aroma that follows through to a tingling hoppy herbal bitterness in the finish. The British pale and German Vienna malts provide a biscuity malt sweetness that balances the hop bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub poured into a taster. Amber in color with white head that settles quickly and leaves a little lacing. Aroma is floral and citrus hops with bready malt backbone. Flavor is similar with bitter herbal and grassy hop tones mixed in. Caramel sweetness lingers. Medium body, medium carbonation, resiny bitter finish.

Sampler at the pub. Bit of a soapy aroma. After that though lots of pine and pretty aggressive hop profile for an APA. Finish is resin and flavor forward but not enamel piercing. Good balance and easy to drink.
