COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A West Coast style American Pale Ale brewed with equal portions English Pale malt and German Vienna malt to provide lots of malt backbone and a dark straw color. The hop varietals are Millennium for bittering and Centennial for flavor and aroma. This brew is not for the hop impaired and is sought out by hop lovers.

4 oz draft pour at Mad Fox. Clear light golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, citrus, light tropical notes. Tastes of bitter wheat and citrus. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation. Not a big fan of the bitterness in this.

16oz pour as I waited out a two hour rain delay at a Nationals vs. Dodgers game. Pours a deeper orange with no head. Aroma of grass, candy and some rancid malt. Taste is just old, bland, nothing I’d ever in a million years order again.

On cask at the brewpub. Pours a dense dark gold. Color. Mellow choppy aroma. Soft mouth feel with great hops-over-malt flavor balance. Delicate hop bitterness. Very nice cask.

Cask at CK. Aroma of caramel, red grape (fruity all around) and a moderate floral/herbal hop presence. Appearance is copper with bubbly white head. Flavor immediately hits with malts, but very quickly moves into dry floral hops; the finish is long and lingering. Palate is light, oily and flat. Nice.

Cask handpull. Hazy bright golden color, small fluffy white head. Aroma of grass and flowers. Taste is bitter grass.

Sampled at MadFox. Pours a clear, honey amber with some lacking white head. Nose is fairly mild, lemon, honey, floral, lightly soapy, light malt. Flavor is lightly sweet, honey, floral, orange, light lemon zest. Light, dry finish. A good introductory beer.

Tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow pour with a bubbly white head. Slightly juicy, served a little warm, a little dry on the finish.
