GABF 2012. Well carbonated. Appropriate hops and malt, hazy gold color. Yeast and a mildly bitter finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Washed out pale yellow pour with a clingy white head. Nondescript grainy lager with slight sweetness. Not my thing.

Tap at Mad Fox. Clear straw pour. Sparking carbonation. Weaker head. Wispy to no lace. Nose is vanilla and biscuit. Taste is herbal hoppy, sharp sourdough, bread crust. Muted sweet butter, sharp bitter finish. Very clean.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head. Biscuit aroma. Light bodied and refreshing. Bitter finish.

This is a pretty decent and clean kolsch that has a sweet palate and a nice yellow color. The beer doesn’t have that great of a head and doesnt lace to well but I does go down smooth.

Appearance:Clear light copper.
Aroma: Aroma is of light citrus.
Taste:Citrusy, light hop, faint malt.
Palate:Light body, quick aftertaste.
Summary: I really enjoyed this more than I thought I would. This would make an excellent sessionable beer, and something I much prefer to other beers of this %(typically BLS).

Draft. Pours clear, light yellow with thin, fizzy white head; lots of rising carbonation; decent retention and some lacing. Aroma is straw, light citrus, and biscuit malt. Flavor is malt forward and matches the nose; light refreshing finish. Light body, medium carbonation, and low warmth.

Draft. Pours clear gold with a white head. Light and crisp aroma with light floral hoppy notes. The flavor has light flowery hops, with clean and crisp malty notes. Not bad.

Yellow pour with a creamy white head and lace. Aroma of light paper and light malt. Paper and light sweet malt flavor and not much more. Medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation.

Tap. Light clear lemon yellow with a ours white frothy head. Light grain, biscuit and grass in the aroma. Cereal grains and vanilla inthe flavor with some slight grassiness. Lighter body with nice bubbly carbonation.
