Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear dark brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted malt and wood aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bourbon toasted sweet flavor with medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. 22 oz bottle from Nimbleprop with Tmoney99. Pours an opaque caramel brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have toffee, ripe fruits, dates, some tart character, a splash of cherry, oak, vanilla, bourbon/whiskey character that imparts some booziness, interesting.

Pours dark brown, a bit of foam. Aroma is quite interesting, green apple, smooth and a bit of caramel. Taste is multi-layered. Has some subtle caramel malt, clean, nice cocoa beans and still some green apple. Hops also there shining through especially from the end. Superbly balanced, well made.

Mahogany color, with thin head.. Lots of oak vanilla, chocolate, Bon bons, cherries, oranges. Very malty. Slightly boozy. Sweet nose. Bourbon is fairly subdued and well integrated. Very malty. One of the maltier beers I’ve had from the U.S. could be from Scotland. The mouth is a bit malty and a bit weaker than I would think. Kinda strange, but lovely.
