Draft. Dark brown color, thick brown head. Aroma of dark bittersweet cocoa, vanilla. Taste is vanila, dark milk chocolate, espresso. Nice.

Draft at Mekong. Pours black, slight head. Aroma is chocolate, slight coffee, a hint of booze, and maybe a touch of cherry. Flavor is a match, with oak and vanilla notes coming into play as well. A very nicely executed bourbon barrel stout, with everything in balance.

On draft at the brewery. Pours black with a tan head. Smoky caramel aroma. Chocolate, coffee and whisky. Nice imperial stout.

From the tap came a very dark brew. Aromas and flavors of malt, oak, bourbon, and coconut. Full bodied and tasty.

Tap at Meridian Pint. Inky, low carbonation pour. Beige layer of bubbles. Thicker, buttery chocolate nose with some dark chocolate souffle. Mild coconut. Taste is sweet cream butter, toasted coconut, melted chocolate. Quite bitter, waxy dark chocolate, bitter cocoa powder. Dry finish with lots of balancing bitterness. Yum.

Draft. Tan head, black body. Aroma is moderately sweet, vanilla, some wood, chocolate, roast. Taste is moderately sweet, chocolate, some whisky, light roast, vanilla. Medium body, some stickiness, light alcohol burn.
