3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at The Monk (changed their name from The Mad Monk). Pours a very nice cloudy golden orange with a two finger width white head that stays for a long time. Soft spice, bread, cloves and yeast on the nose. Taste presents more cloves and banana, as well as some zesty spices. Not too bad

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Part of the sampler tray at the brewery. Cloudy colloidal yellow with a whipped frothy white head. Enticing aromas and flavours of fresh pears, cardamom pods, coriander seed, lemon and vanilla. Very aromatic and flavourful without being overly sweet. Excellent, probably my favourite of the brews on tap.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Dull looking, yellow/bright straw body with short head. Soft spice on the nose plus some yeast and a little pepper. First time I tried this beer it had some soft banana notes, next batch I tried it had more lemon characters and not zesty enough. Smooth and good body, easy drinking beginners witbier.
