European Liechtbier. The Mad Monk Mild is a light golden lager with a fresh Saaz hop aroma. Crisp and clean on the palate, the mild recently won best reduced alcoholat the Perth Royal Beer Show.

Very clear, pale yellow body with half decent head and some lacing. Crisp taste, some citric notes, hints of spice and/or pepper, not a lot of body but don’t really expect that, crisp,clean and not very complex.
