3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle from "lifesource" Salem OR
Hazy light amber ale with a large off white head..fades to luscious lace soon after pour.
Very wheaty aroma, covering some nice floral hops.
Taste is all rather balanced this a wheat ale on steroids balancing the hoppyness ..caramel /coffee on the finish.
Palate is fine..no alcohol detected.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Deep golden in color, large foamy white head, frothy, nice lacing, light carbonation.   Muted hop nose, a little dank, pale wheatiness.   A bit brighter on the tongue.   Hoppy but not bitter, pale wheatiness.   Seems more of a wheat than IPA on the nose, but the other way around on the tongue.   Moderately sweet, citrus peel, a touch of sweet pine linger.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Soft bitterness lingers.   Simple, clean, light example despite the nearly 8% ABV.   While not a hop bomb, or overly bright with bitterness, its very respectable.

Not a real strong aroma, mostly citrus notes. Pours hazy orange with a decent white head. Bitter flavors balanced well with the sweetness of the wheat.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
The beer looked a shade darker in color than the typical IPA, and the body was also cloudier than typical. The head was two finger thick, and very durable. The smell was very spicy and resinous, with a backing of tropical fruit upon deeper breaths. The taste was quite bitter and followed by a banana like sweetness. The finish was spicy and herbal with a fading sweetness. Quite a bit more balanced than a typical DIPA, but not bland, as nether the hops nor the wheat malt took the back seat. A touch thinner on the palette than I like. Exceeded my expectations compared to the review score, so it tilts more towards my tastes I guess.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tallahassee, Fl - Market Square Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Pours a medium orange, very hazy with a tight white head. Aroma is slightly muddled with a hint of booze, some yeasty notes, ripening fruit. Flavor is kind of muddled as well and a bit of a mish-mash. Some citrusy notes, a touch of date-like sweetness, some boozines, a wheaty back end. Mouthfeel does have a nice thickness to it. Just does not do it for me.
