COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The only change for these beers is their barrel aging. This vintage has a deep amber hue with malty caramel aromas. Pleasing rich creme brulee and caramel flavors with hints of spice, raisin, and dried stone fruits. It possesses a smooth bitterness with an opulent and pleasing mouthfeel which entices the palette and promotes contemplative sipping. The ideal winter warmer best served in a snifter.

On tap at the Bistro -Bal Aged Fest. Dark brown in color with a small tannish head. Port, wood, and sweet caramel on the aroma. The flavor is somewhat sweet with port, lots of oak, and a weird tannic finish. The tannins really come through on the mouthfeel, killing the experience in some way. Not impressed by this one related to the others.

Draft. Mahogony beer with a light tan head. Oak and port aroma with dark malts. Oak and toffee flavor with port, earthiness, and darker malts. Medium-plus bodied. oak and light spice lingers with toffee, port, and earth.
