Delerious combined aroma of citrus and pine. Deep amber color with frothy tannish head. Starts with pine and moves to grapefruit, followed by belgian candy sweetness (have to get that alcohol from somewhere). The Belgians are trying out double IPAs, and I could have thought this was one. The lingering finish is complex, but the hops are definitely there.

12 oz. bottle, split with Matts_Property, pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma suggests something other than an IPA, with lots of wheat, caramel sweetness, and heavy malts. Flavour of muted dry hops, wheaty notes and sort of stale caramel malts. Seems like thereís either something off about this or that the malts and hops donít mesh well. Either way, not very stimulating.
