Looks great. Orangish amber color. Very thin and ephemeral on the palate. Overall it's an okay beer. Citrusy in both smell and taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a deep gold with a thick pillow of white head. Basic DIPA with an unbalanced fight between malt and bitterness. Starts off heavily malty and finishes with a big bitter hoppy bite. Could definitely use some refinement.

Clear amber pour with thin off-white head. Resiny hopped nose. Lots of hops with a clean malt back. Slightly sticky bitter finish. Solid dipa

A - Pours a cloudy orange brown. 1/2 inch off-white head sinks quick to form a variety of bubbles. S - Grapefruit and orange, caramel, toffee, apricots, some muted earthy hops. T - Caramel malt with a splash of butterscotch. Muted grapefruit, orange, and mango tries to back up the sugary malt but does not succeed. Canned pineapple juice. The tired hops adds a slight bitterness on the finish. M - Low carbonation, full bodied. Great caramel malt but the hops seemed to be an afterthought. Not your typical West Coast DIPA. No date on the bottle so I’m not sure if this is old or not. While this isn’t a stellar DIPA, it is actually quite drinkable. The alcahol is very hidden as well. In a sea of DIPA’s this is pretty average. Serving type: bottle 12-23-2010

Pours hazy orange with a thin tan head. Aroma is resin, citrus and huge sweet malt. Flavor is woody, candied citrus peel, alcohol and caramel malt. Get a nice warming alcohol sensation down the throatbut with no actual alcohol Flavor. Good beer.

A strange and unpleasant bitterness that feels disconnected from an overly malty malfunction. No sir, I don’t like it.

Not as big of an IPA as the label claims it to be. It's a good beer, but if I was at a bar with the good taste to have it on tap I couldn't imagine they also wouldn't have better beers available. I didn't notice all the sediment floating around until I read a different review, so buying this is a good value play: beer and an appetizer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Market of Choice, Eugene. Pours a clear golden orange, good amount of off-white head. Aroma is slightly resinous, and sweet, with a hint of warming. Body is almost creamy, lots of maltiness, very rich for the style. Finish is grassy, floral and sweet, surprising lack of bitterness for an IIPA. For me, I like it, but I can understand the somewhat low ratings here.

fruits and hops are all pleasant enough, but everything seems a bit muddied together. needs a bit more clarity. otherwise it’s quite nice.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy pale orange color with a fizzy head that fades quickly. Aroma is faint and surprisingly malty. Faint citrus, some toast, some floral hops. Taste is a little better but than the aroma. Thick, juicy orange and grapefruit hops with lots of malt to back it up. Hops are a tad stale but not too bad. Overall, an average DIPA.
