2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I don't know where the "extra" comes in, it's drinkable but fairly bland.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Hazy pale yellow body. Astringent, citrus hops, chalky aftertaste, thin body. This was not very good. (2nd try - first bottle was bad)

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
light golden color, fairly large white head, very little scent but may be because my nose was a bit stuffed up from a recent cold.. not a horrible beer, but not GREAT either.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
color of a pineapple with the same and some additional florals in the aroma. Too little on the bitters. Not all that impressive.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very light color as the "extra pale" indicates. Good hop flavor with a fair amount of malt for balance.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Yellow haze with a slight head, aroma is hops and citrus. Starts out as a decent APA but something is not quite right with the finish - it's a bit acidic. Overall it's just an ok APA, nothing I would seek out again.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Straw, hazy yellow color looked rather uninviting, quickly dissapating head, slight lacing. Hearty cascade aroma, citrus leading to crisp bitterness with a somewhat flat finish.
A respectable pale ale but not as much character as other APA's available from California.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Uh-oh, it's a permy one. Very cloudy, yet in a manner that suggests hops instead of wheat in the grist; can we please call it the Headless Hopsman? Aroma is perm, and a smattering of various barnyard feces odors than I, unfortunately cannot trace back to species (even being from Kansas). A little bit of Cream-Sicle is present too. Flavor is less pronounced than the aroma (as any student of the senses might expect). Mild, sweet, honey-graham maltiness. Floralness is present in the form of dandelions (and that's a good thing in my book; ever had dandelion wine?). Ends with a sweet touch of honey. Enjoyable, certainly, but doesn't make me exuberant. Goes well with John Denver's "Dreamland Express." Ahh, how the days go by (I'm comfortably buzzed; ignore this).

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy yellow body with a ton of sediment. White head with some lacing.
Fresh citrus hop aroma. Some malt. Spicy hop aroma comes out as the beer warms.
Sweet malt with a balanced, spicy hop bite.
Full bodied with a chalky mouthfeel. Amount of sediment in the glass was a bit displeasing for the style.
