Commercial Description:
A black opaque ale with rich creamy roasted malt character and a very mild hop complement. This beer may look a little scary but take a sip and you'll see why this Extra Stout can convert even lite beer drinkers to Stout lovers. A unique flavor profile that starts with a slight coffee flavor and finishes with a hint of roasty chocolate. Try a pint with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream. This beer is a favorite as a compliment to any dessert or as a hearty breakfast drink.

12oz - Two stroke oil under fleeting brown head. Mild nose for a stout, expected more layers of roasted aromas. Sweetness on the front, cream then coffee. Well balanced but not powerful. Good not great.

Nice roasted aroma with some hints of hops and coffee. Flavor is a bit on the sweet side, with toffee and dark chocolate, followed by a roasted finish of coffee. Bitterness is mild. Nice stout overall.

12oz bottle into an English pint. Pours black with a nice light leather-colored head. The aroma is sweet and sour American stout with a touch of warm milk and a sprinkle of coffee and chocolate. The flavor is boldly roasty like chewing on black malt and is mixed with sweetness and a nice milk-chocolate coffee finish as you swallow and exhale. The mouthfeel is creamy but not quite thick with a good amount of carbonation to keep it even. I really liked this stout!

Appearance: brown with dark ruby accents , very dark brown , creamy long lasting - tanned top.
Nose: Plenty of chocolate , hints of caramel , high rich roast with hint of alcohol.
Flavor/Palate : Medium full bodied , soft textures. Roasty full character , hint of prunes , ash with dark chocolate. Fairly complex. Reminded me of Imperial Stout but with our alcohol potency. Neat desert like stout.

Good sized dark brown head of dense and creamy bubbles. Aroma of terraki sauce, sweet malts and some salty bologna. Yeah, I am weird. Very dark brown in color. Medium bodied. Very flavorful. Lots of roasted grains, toffee and a decent helping of mild coffee late swallow. Some earthy notes (herbal) in there also. Finishes rich and creamy with a lingering slightly bitter coffee aftertaste. A decent stout.

Appearance: Pours out a dark brown, near black body with a thin, off-white head that, one expired, no amount of swirling can seem to resuscitate. Smell: Roasty, malty nose smelling of dark chocolate, chilled espresso, blackened grains, molasses, and vinous dark fruits. Taste: Roasted maltiness with tastes of dark chocolate and sugar-sweetened coffee that eventually develops into a flavor of chocolate-covered espresso beans. Gentle background dark fruitiness. Earthy, lightly roasty with a fairly low bitterness. Finishes dry and roasty with just a minor hint of black malt astringency. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-low carbonation. Drinkability: Overall, it’s a pleasant, quaffable, fairly solid stout.

Bottle. Pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma is of roast malts; a little coffee. Flavor is mostly coffee with a creamy aftertaste. Not bad at all.
