(Mad Yeast Triple Mad) Bottle at home, served into a tulip, ABV 7.5% Bright goden yellow to pale orange colour on the body, clear, with a snow-white head sitting on top, thick and soapy. Very good retention. Aroma of belgian yeast, sugar, glue, light alcohol. Sweet taste with perfume, glue, grains, sugars, medicinal alcohol. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Average tripel.

330ml bottle from Appellation Wines. 8%. Pours hazy pale gold, yeast lumps, bubbly white head. Aromas of spice, sweet malt, banana, yeast zing. Taste is more of the same, heavier on the spice and yeast. Faint sweetness, white sugar thing lurking around. Dry finish though. Nice.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. This version was 8%. Appearance - golden, clear and bright. Nice head. Nose - banana, clove. Light orange tang. Taste - more of the same. A little sweet. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture but it finishes a little thin and sweet at the same. Overall - one of my favourite styles but this one lacks texture and that tangy bitter finish.

nihtila (1934) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 20, 2015
Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden, big sediments in the bottle. Nose is Belgian yeast, lemon, spices, sweetish. Tastes sweetish, Belgi yeast, bittercand slightly boozy. Not the most complex example of the style but still good.

Taste 11 july from tap wit Dominique at 4th Namur Capitale beer festival. Almost clear golden color, with a big white head. Aroma: yeast, coriander. Medium body. Taste: sweet, grain-malts, coriander, little bitterness. Sweet en alcohol ending. Like the saison more !

Brewhemia (81) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2015
Hazy light yellow color with a small amount of white head. Aroma of citrus, vanilla and banana. Nice! Lovely taste. Sourness dominates over some bitterness. Not much but some sweetness. Peppery sensation on the tongue Good balance I think. A quite decent triple I would say, though triples are not my prefered Belgiums.
