Tap at Fermentoren. Pours hazy hay-golden with a solid, white soapy head. Aroma of lemon-peel, yuzu (or at least how yuzu-beers always smell!) - reminds me of Westbrooks Gozu. A bit of diacetyl at the end. Taste is sour, bitter in the back of mouth, salty and sour in front. I get a lot of diacetyl, perhabs it’s just this keg - reading the other ratings, I think this one might be a bit off. As my mouth gets used to the tastes I begin to notice some hoppiness, but it’s very deep down and not worth the trouble. Not for me.

[10/9/13] Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas in Brussels. Cloudy yellow. Yeasty aroma, very grainy, a bit bready, with some fruitiness and light spiciness. Sweet flavor, fruity, yeasty, with some grainy notes and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Not great.

@ SBWF 2013 en mycket mjuk belgisk öl med trevliga jästtoner, fint kryddade smaker som inte är för skarpa. Tydlig hetta i eftersmaken. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at an outdoor vendor, Torvehallerne. Cloudy light golden with a nice, frothy white head with decent retention and lovely lacings. Fresh, almost crisp - but not that crisp - quite sweet and very yeasty nose. Faint citrussy hoppy notes - the yeast overpowers everything with a strong banana note and slight touch of coriander. Flavor is surprisingly bitter and hoppy. Lemony yummy. Very nice bitter finish that balances the sweet strawish malts. Fresh take on a worn out type of beer.

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2013 (on tap @ outdoor market stall "Coquo" by Torvehallerne) Pours a hazy golden with lively carbonation and a small, creamy head. Good retention and beautiful lace. Aroma is nicely fresh with a certain triple complexity. There are ample notes of green fruit and yeasty spicyness (coriander) along with some delicate muesli sweetness. Oily texture, full body and an astringent finish. Flavour is characterised by a good balance of subtle sweetness, coriander, belgian yeast and a hint of well-integrated alcohol. Best triple in Torvehallerne now that Ma Poule stopped carrying Tripel Karmeliet. https://www.facebook.com/coquofood

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours thick and very yellow, with big foamy white head. Notes of pineapple and hay give way to a big, round and sweet taste, spreading nicely across the palate with a short finish. Very quickly drinkable, without the lingering sharpness of a Blanche. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
