2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle. Hazy, unfiltered amber-tan. Big, foamy head. Odd soured aroma, some fruity amber malt nuances. Some sourish notes up front give the impression that the beer is infected. Still not an unenjoyable beer, the sourness gives it some zesty life...well maybe too much. Really overshadows any malt or hop attributes. One dimensional in it’s infection. Another off beer from Jenifer Street market.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Bright orange amber, thin white head. Sweet caramel and fruit aroma. Fruity caramel palate, with quince and hints of peaches. Very light in the malt department unfortunately, leaving the palate on the thin side. A good beer for those wanting to step off the lager pathway, but nothing worth returning to for me.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 ounce bottle thanks to Toby. Pours a clear and fizzy dark amber color with a medium white head. A nice smooth aroma of caramel malts and toast. The flavor is pretty basic; a smooth amber ale, some caramel, light earthy malts, easygoing.

2.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
A: The pour is a clear light amber color with a finger’s worth of off-white head.
S: Definitely some urine notes, which sort of ruin the whole beer for me. A mild citrus, water, not really much malt or all that much hop character.
T: Some toasted malt flavor, and a bit of creaminess. That’s pretty much the only flavor. Otherwise, it’s really watery and bland. Meh.
M: The body is light to medium with a moderate carbonation.
D: This was not good. Way too watery, and that’s what’s good about it.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(bottle) A beautiful cloudy orange-amber beer with a small, disappearing off-white head. Mild sweet caramel malt aroma with light to moderate hops; notes of herbs, and lemongrass. Malt flavor but with a fairly strong acidity and moderate hop bitterness. Dry finish. Kind of refreshing, actually, but the acidity feels a little off (even though I quite like acidity). Light to medium body, a little oily.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear copper, foamy beige head fades. Aroma of lots of toffee and bready malts with some mild fruit. Taste has a lot of toffee sweetness with some butter in there but not unpleasent. Very smooth and mild, not bad.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Very lightly hazed copper color with a tall canvas colored head. Aromas of stale grain, iron, rust, dried flowers and caramel. Dry and just a hint of sourness. Assuming this might be a dated bottle. Not much flavors to this one. Dry caramel and a bit of malt vinegar. Thin and a bit to much zip in the feel.
