COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This is truly a unique beer. We took a traditional Saison-style ale and substituted the traditional orange character with 12 gallons of lime juice. This beer is a lighter bodied golden colored ale with a lime aroma. The flavor is slightly acidic with a lime character, followed by a slight coriander taste in the finish. Great for any occasion
