12oz can via trade with alexsdad06 pours a murky, deep orange with some lacing, creamy, white head. Nose has loads of sticky tropical fruit bubble gum, perfume, lots of honey, guava, some mild booze, some lemon-lime soda. The flavor is sadly a bit less refined, quite sweet and bordering on cloying, pine, rotting tropical fruit, candy sugar. Actually, some Belgian tripel notes lurking. Sure, there is some nice galaxy fruit flavor, bubblegum, but just a bit too sweet.

12oz can from alexsdad06 from 2015 FBW. Thanks! Pours a slightly hazy dark orange color with a nice frothy 2 fingers of off white head. Aroma of sweet juicy oranges, light pine, and caramel malt. Taste of tangy oranges, bitter zest, sweet citrus, caramel malt, and pine.

Pours a very nice orange with a off white head, leaves awesome lacing. Aromaa is very smooth citrus, smells creamy as well, love the aroma. taste is sweet orange, sweet caramel malt, very creamy texture, finishes bitter but not overly so. very nice.

Pours a golden orange color with a good defined head that ends up sticking to my glass. The aroma is very hop driven. There is good notes of tropical citrus juice, booze, and a grassy spice like scent. As for flavor it had a nice blend of sweet malts and bitterness. There is a medium level of dryness from the booze too. The finish is malty, boozy, and has a high level of lingering bitterness. The finish might turn some from this beverage but if one can hang on, then enjoy the ride. Overall with the flavor, good body, potent booze, and a bitter bite from the finish gave the drink character... I recommend this intense hopped up brew.

Lightly hazy orange with a white head. Candied tropical fruits, sweet malt, resinous hops, pine. Full bodied. Booze overpowers the finish. Pretty solid but I’d like the booze burn reigned in a bit.

Can. Pours a lightly hazed light Orange with a scant head. Aromas of juicy tropical hop juice. Taste is tropical fruit nectar mixed with some earthy hop notes. Pretty amazing. Not God nectar, but close. Finished slightly dry with a juicy and bitter hop presence. Great.

12 ounce can, canned on 03/19/2015. Maybe I should say cans since I just drank a couple. Served in a snifter, the beer pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention is good, and there’s a lot of lacing. The brew smells like citrusy (tropical fruit, mango, orange peel) and spicy hops, bready and caramel malt, and a bit of honey. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some tangerine and grapefruit. The 10.2% ABV is well hidden! There’s also a nice bittersweet finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it’s coating and creamy with a good amount of carbonation. I think this is a pretty good Imperial IPA, I wouldn’t mind having this again in the future. Glad I bought some this morning! $11.99 a 4-pack.

"At Galaxy High, the beer has 120 IBUs, 10.2% ABV yet finishes nice and dry. Join two New Zealand hops as you encounter a crazy collection of tropical and dank flavors throughout this Imperial IPA. It’s big on your palate… disruptive even. Think ’trophic cascades’ disruptive." Kick a** beer

Can from a four pack (that I salvaged from K who drank the other 3...) - from Pace High Carryout. Gold pour, white head. Aroma of citrus, dank hops, cracker, grass. Tastes are along those lines with oily, grapefruit, caramel, tropical, pine. Even bitter finish. Solid stuff.
