Lightly hazy orange with a white head. Candied tropical fruits, sweet malt, resinous hops, pine. Full bodied. Booze overpowers the finish. Pretty solid but I’d like the booze burn reigned in a bit.

Can. Pours a lightly hazed light Orange with a scant head. Aromas of juicy tropical hop juice. Taste is tropical fruit nectar mixed with some earthy hop notes. Pretty amazing. Not God nectar, but close. Finished slightly dry with a juicy and bitter hop presence. Great.

12 ounce can, canned on 03/19/2015. Maybe I should say cans since I just drank a couple. Served in a snifter, the beer pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention is good, and there’s a lot of lacing. The brew smells like citrusy (tropical fruit, mango, orange peel) and spicy hops, bready and caramel malt, and a bit of honey. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some tangerine and grapefruit. The 10.2% ABV is well hidden! There’s also a nice bittersweet finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it’s coating and creamy with a good amount of carbonation. I think this is a pretty good Imperial IPA, I wouldn’t mind having this again in the future. Glad I bought some this morning! $11.99 a 4-pack.

"At Galaxy High, the beer has 120 IBUs, 10.2% ABV yet finishes nice and dry. Join two New Zealand hops as you encounter a crazy collection of tropical and dank flavors throughout this Imperial IPA. It’s big on your palate… disruptive even. Think ’trophic cascades’ disruptive." Kick a** beer

Can from a four pack (that I salvaged from K who drank the other 3...) - from Pace High Carryout. Gold pour, white head. Aroma of citrus, dank hops, cracker, grass. Tastes are along those lines with oily, grapefruit, caramel, tropical, pine. Even bitter finish. Solid stuff.

Drinking from a can that was filled 5 days ago. Dank and sticky, this IIPA is killer. Southern Hemisphere hops lend a fruity almost spicy aroma. Flavors are very unique. Spicy and fruity hops dominate but the huge malty body is still present. Some alcohol heat. Very good. Badass.

Draft at Arnold’s. Very hazy gold/pink color, mostly fruity nose--hops are subdued, thin somewhat watery body, thin fruity bittersweet flavor. Disappointing. Not getting what other raters see in this--maybe this was old or mishandled. Tasted on July 18, 2014.

Pours a hazy dark golden color. Big fluffy white head, with lots of lacing left on the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, yeast dough, and alcohol. Taste translates, with a boozy, somewhat dry finish. Alcohol was noticeable. OK beer, nothing I would seek out again.

This was a solid IPA. Served in a snifter. High alcohol which is masked well. Covered by sweet malts, hoppy finish. Much better than PsycHOPathy.

Draft pour during Ohio Brew Week. Pours a clear copper with a white head of foam. The aroma has big sweet citrus. Pretty sweet taste. Big body and medium carbonation.
