La Creaminale est une bière veloutée inspirée des pales ales que l’on retrouve dans les pubs irlandais. Tellement facile à boire, elle pourrait vous porter vers l’abus. Style : Irish Red Ale poussée à l’azote; Couleur : Rousse, 15 SRM; IBU : 15; Densité originale : 13 ’P; Pourcentage d’alcool : 4,5%; Grains : Marris Otter, Carastan, Caramunich; Houblon : Golding, Fuggle.

Hazy medium orange. Nitro white thick foam. Not very aromatic. Slightly nutty, a bit toasty, but all overwhelmed by the silly nitro blandness. Creamy, rough palate. grainy. Slightly astringent finish. Quite a shock after their Debut de Saison which I found very enjoyable. That felt quite empty. Nitro beers are NOT tasty and NOT drinkable. What’s the point?

Bu le 19/12/07 à Vices et Versa, en fut (5 oz). Rousse typique, moyen collet. Arome d’houblon un peu sucré, faiblement amère. Goût d’houblon amère simple, peu savoureuse. O.K. mais bof!
