Fresh cherry aroma - quite simple but still fresh.
Taste is cherry. Sweet and sour.
A little tart - is the fruit boiled? It does taste like boiled fruit.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. It pours a dark ruby colored body, clear, and topped by a dense, two-finger off-white head. Weak nose with cherries and almond. The flavor has some generic berry notes and almond, but it’s mostly cherries. Dry, medium body. A rather boring beer, looking really good, and pleasantly dry and easy drinkable, but compared to the beer that won the Danish homebrewers championship, and which I got to taste, it’s uninteresting. 120302

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(33 cl bottle from Kvickly Nyborg; BBD: September 7th 2013) Pours a clear, reddish copper with a little rosy tan head that dissipates quickly leaving a film and lace. Aroma is dark red fruit and cereal. Oily texture, medium body, soft carbonation with a dry and tart finish. Tart flavours dominate but not to the point of becoming unpleasantly sour. Girlfriend says: "It’s really not sweet. I miss a bit the fruit."
