Jan 1, 2005 Yes for New York state. Yes for Celtic goddesses. Hooray for adding brewers and new beers. This cider tasted the most like candy and caramel apples than any I’ve had in a while. Somewhat dry. But it also did taste nicely bitter and fresh as new cider does. Pretty brilliant. Has the taste of autumn to it, on this New Year’s Day. I like this one.
