COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Dark brown body with a small beige head. Aroma is mainly chocolate and mocha with some roasted malt in the background. Flavor is Sweet, mild, slightly roasted malt and chocolate. More roasted than bitter. Long aftertaste of dark chocolate. Noting fantastic here, but it’s really nice and of course a great paring for chocolate.

Bottle at KØ-10. It pours an almost black body, topped by a small, dense, light tan head. The aroma is roasted with dark chocolate, at the same time giving a sweetish and a non-sweetish impression. The flavor has mostly chocolate and coffee, finishing with a roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, dry, and a bit low on co2. A quite nice porter. 100507

Bottle at KØ10. Smells more of liquorice than coffee to me. Very dark brown colour, seems cloudy. The flavour is OK roasted, has a little chocolate, but very mild. Perhaps some chocolaty bitterness.
