Bottle @ Papsø. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty spicy licorice aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottle. Darl red to brown color, big beige head. Spicy aroma, some fruit in the taste accompanied by gum (it’s actually good). Sweetness fades to bitterness in the finish, a nice beer.

Pours red chestnut, rather clear. Nice, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, Belgian sugar, coriander, caramel, light liqourice. Highish carbonation, light creamy and slightly dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet and quite malty, muscovado sugar, plums, caramel, light milky chocolate. Quite nice, actually.

Flöska. Cloudy brownish grey colour, medium rather short head. Plenty of spices in the aroma along with yeast, fruit and anise. Good mouthfeel. Fruity, sweet, spicy flavour with anise, some bitterness and alcohol.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear red/brown - offwhite head. Spicy, fruity, high malty, nutty, caramel, llicoirce, cinnamon, star anis, light hoppy.

Bottle.Muddy orange colour with medium white head.Aroma of anis and orange peel,nice fruity and sweet has note of caramel and is mild tosted.

Unclear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, licorice - anis, cardemomme and cinnamon, light roasted and orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, anis. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO to spicy ;O( [20101122]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy to murky brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is yeasty and slight herbal. Sweet, annis seed, cardemomme and cinnamon spiced. Dry and malty flavoured into the finish. Sweet and spiced finish.
