Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge bubbly brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, star anise, coriander, malt, alcohol, and dusty hops. The flavor is quite sweet with strong notes of alcohol right from the start till it tickles the palate in the finish and dries it out, but also with quite strong notes of star anise and caramel, and medium notes of coriander, malt, fruit, and dusty hops, leading to a dry spicy and alcoholic finish.

Clear medium to dark red orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting,light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, light yeasty, moderate to light heavy spicy, light coriander, star anis. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coriander, star anis. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100316]

Bottle.Hazy brownish colour with small head.Aroma is spicey of coriander and anis good mouthfeels of caramel and raisin mild rosted and hoppy.

Bottle. Frothy off-white fair mostly deminishing head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Some fruity notes. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Brown and hazy. Has an off-white head, mostly diminishing. Nice aroma, malty, faint spicy, light and dark bread. Yeasty. Flavor starts moderate sweet, finish heavy bitter. Lively, and a bit unpleasent, carbonation.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are candy sugar, malt, fruits, yeast, nuts and hops.

Botella. Murky deep golden amber colour. Spiced sweet anise aroma. Good mouthfeel. Roasty malty spiced anise bitter flavour. Spiced sweet anise roasty finish.
