Bottled@CPH BeerFest 2010. Hazy yellowish orange colour, small longlasting white head. Aroma is fruity, rather hayish with some mild berries and a bit tea leafy notes as well. Flavour is quite similar with some mild notes of grassy hops.

slighly metallic and floral aroma. herbal, perhaps i sense the tea. there is something strange.
flavor is flowery, very slightly citrussy, faint malts.bitterness is very very low, a little herbal bitterness instead in the end. Perhaps interesting for the causual beer drinker, but I find it pretty boring and a little weirdo-herbal as well.

Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge fluffy yellowish head. The aroma has strong notes of elderflowers as well as medium notes of spices, hay and malt. The flavor is sweet very spicy, right from the start and to the finish - must be the Rooibush leaves used - I’m not that fond of them, but interesting to try something new. Besides the spice, the flavor also has notes of the malt and a slight metallic edge. The finish is dry and spicy.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours opaque golden with no head. Fruit and yeast in the nose. Medium body, very sweet fruity with quite some yeast. No bitterness. 070510

Bottled @ Copenhagen 2010. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma of grassy hops, spicy, honey-like. bit buttery. Nah, can’t say I really like it.

Bottled @ CBF 200. The aroma is sweetish and has grass, honey. Slightly hazy, yellow-golden coloured beer with a white, medium, creamy head. The taste is weetish, has some honey, grass, citrus. Boring.
