MiP (4843), Flensburg, Germany Apr 30, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear chestnut colour. Big, stable, creamy, rocky tan head. Nice malty aroma. The flavour starts sweet and malty, turning roasted and then vinous. There is some alcohol flavour, in good balance with malt and very nice. Low to medium carbonation, very pleasant. fonefan (4062), Ulfborg, Denmark Apr 11, 2008 Draught @ Brauerei Mager, Pottenstein, Oberfranken/Bayern, Germany. Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted. , caramel, sugar, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (210308)
