It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt and biscuits. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of biscuits, straw, malt, and the finish is dry.

Bottle. Deep golden, fine bubbles, nice off-white foam. Light dusty malt nose. Chewy fruity malt base, pils lightfooted, plenty of green grassy hops, with a nice citric finish. Clean and pleasant.

Ceramic mug. Crazy head. Slightly fruity, slightly herbal aroma. Clean but bland character. Moderate bitterness. Fairly dry character exhibits some minerals late.

Draft @ hotel in Pottenstein. In krug. Pale yellow-gold with lots of head and lacing. Metallic flavors and aromas. Smells like stones with cold water running over them like a river, a mild and minerally aroma. then the flavors have more hop bitterness. Smooth, quaffable palate. Interesting brew.

Bottle, 4.8%. Clear dark golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour has a little malt, even a touch of sugar, and some rough bitterness. Slightly creamy flavour too.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. (210308)
