WISEGUY572 (1244), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 29, 2007 Nose of lemon and soap. Appearance is lemon yellow with a small white head. I did not know whether to give them points because it looked great or take away points because it looks artificially colored and not like beer at all. Serious lemon citrus, sweet, almost no malt, funky nasty taste, and a funky and bitter finish. Hard to call it disappointing ... Magic Hat is the anit-Allagash of New Englad, and I never expect much from them. blklab2007 (938), Connecticut, USA Aug 26, 2007 bottle poured a golden color with good carbination. smell is peach, some funk, and some sweetness, very light. taste is slightly sweet, a little syrupy, some slight bitterness from the hops, and a corn taste. not there best brew. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 8, 2007 Bottle from the Joe’s garage collection sampled with Mad indian. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, sweet malts, and spices. The flavor is slightly sweet, spices, and a slight hoppy presence. Not bad, nothing great. MadIndian (987), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 8, 2007 Bottle from Joes garage collection. Gold pour some hop aroma, thin for my taste. Not much to say about this. It is just ok. Touche (57), New York, USA Jun 18, 2007 A very "eh" beer. Its not terrible. Its not good. I even hesitate calling it mediocre. Clear golden color slight head that was white. tasted a tad sweet with hints of leaves (from trees) and a cornicopia of spices thrown in that didn’t really work to the beers advantage. I hope alan liked it because i didn’t emerica56 (575), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA Jun 16, 2007 This beer has a sweet smell to it reminds me of fall and halloween. Although for the price, you may as well stick with the PBR.
