Commercial Description:
A Beer Cloaked in Secrecy An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why, indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours golden with smallish white head. Aroma is artificial raspberry and cherry and wheat. Flavor is similar and heavy with fake raspberry. Highly carbonated. Goes down quickly and its fairly refreshing. A pretty weak offering.

Pour is clear gold, thin white head. Aroma is bready and lightly hoppy. Finish is grassy, grainy, and bready. Really bready aftertaste.

Pours pale golden. Flavor is lightly fruity, almost like a weizen without the wheat.

Slightly fruity aroma, some hops. Pale golden color. Looks like a thirst quencher. Very crisp and dry with a very small hop burst at the end. Pretty good. Excellent summer brew, especially if your outside in the heat.

Golden in color, slightly cloudy, gorgeous head with tight thick lace. Mild malt sweetness is the basic aroma. There’s a touch of hops but it is also very mild. Very fruity flavor, like grape juice. Slight wheat flavor along with a balancing hop. Watery with a quickly fading finish. Not bad, quite interesting. Probably would be good on a summer’s afternoon

Light earthy like berry aroma from a deep golden pour. A fruitiness that is dry with just a hint of tartness. A tad thin and and a bit foamy. Not one of my favorite fruities.

12oz bottle poured in pint glass. I like this beer because it’s very casual, it goes down smooth and is much better then drinking a Bud Light on a hot day.

Bottles. As others have said the apricot flavor can be rather overpowering to ones palate. A great beer for bbq’s and other summer activities as its not overwhelming in alcohol content.
