Commercial Description:
A Beer Cloaked in Secrecy An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why, indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

Bottle at Jerry’s. Straw gold with good, foamy white head / Funky, herbaceous nose / Light to medium body, creamy and fat, malty with some residual sweetness, and with good finish / Flavors of honey, orange, and lemon, with herbal notes of dried sage / Quirky but successful.

Thanks 17th floor! Pours a dark yellow orange color with a small lingering bright white head. Aroma is very sweet and fruity with a nice bit of zest to it. I pick up some notes of grape, peach and apricot in the nose along with some pale malt. Flavor starts out super sweet and sugary with the same apricot sense that rides through the finish. Essentially no bitterness from any hop presence and a strong grain finish that leaves some malt on the tongue. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Kinda nice and refreshing but disappointingly simple and straightforward with one flavor. Tastes almost exactly like Pyramid Apricot

Bottle pours to golden/orange body with minimal head that dissipates quickly. Overall this beer smells and looks average but something about it puts it just a notch above average for me. A pretty decent brew.

Pleasant aroma, hint of apricots. Pours a light golden color. Flavor is as advertised ’’crisp and fruity’ but not overly fruity. Enjoyable.

A cloudy yellow color with a moderate white head. The aroma is fruity with some apricot and peaches showing through. Smells alot like Fruity Pebbles. WILMA!!! The flavor contains a whirl freaking wind of fruit such as peaches, apricots, and lemons. Some citrus as well. The finish is slightly sour. Overall I enjoyed this one.

Bottle. Aroma of somewhat tart apricots and some leafy hops. Flavor follows suit, is slightly sweeter and juicier than expected, but still also has the tart side and the mildly hoppy side. What can I say, it hit the spot.

Pale gold color with light fruity/hop flavor. Pretty good for a fruit beer, especially since the fruitiness is not overpowering.
