metsbcd (82), Connecticut, USA Feb 5, 2008 One of Magic Hat’s most popular, I didn’t really care for it that much. Its a fruity beer, and has kind of a weird taste to it. I didn’t find it all that refreshing either. Has a nice looking color to it, so at least it looks nice. BeerGear (14), Hilton, New York, USA Feb 1, 2008 Bottle. Nice amber color. Sweet fruit flavor. Definately apricot. Not very bold on the hops. Very tasty and refreshing. A great session beer. Aaron19 (6), montville, New Jersey, USA does not count Feb 1, 2008 Excellent! A great suprise for its friendly price. Hazy with a good initial taste and a better finish. Dogbrick (2812), Columbus, Ohio, USA Feb 1, 2008 This beer is a clear pale amber color with a medium thin off-white head that burns away quickly. Faint ripe fruit aroma with some floral hops. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, mildly spiced hops and bready malt. The finish is short and fruity and leaves a tart fruit and yeast aftertaste. Pretty standard Fruit Beer all around. GangGreen712 (44), Woodstock Valley, Connecticut, USA Jan 31, 2008 Updated: Feb 25, 2008Has a definite apricot taste as stated before. Mouthfeel is pretty good. That being said, I’m not a huge fan of fruity beers, but it is a quality brew nonetheless. doubleo (1096), San Diego, California, USA Jan 30, 2008 Pours a light orange color, slightly hazy. Just a little bit of white head that fades pretty quick. Smells of apricots. Tastes like apricots. Mouthfeel is thin, good carbonation, a little metallic feeling. I think this beer tastes great. I get plenty of the fruit flavor. MrKrinkle (10), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Jan 29, 2008 Fruity taste, very nice plate to it. A very interesting ale. Crisp finish. Good stuff. StFun (535), Indiana, USA Jan 29, 2008 Not as good as Magic Hat #8...but a whole lot better than Magic Hat #10!! Serious...fruit beer. Bleh.
