COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Apricot flavouring
A Beer Cloaked in Secrecy An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why, indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

Bottle. Aroma is fruity peach. Appearance is clear, light yellow-gold with small persistent head, light lacing with minimal retention, sustained carbonation. Taste is medium sweet fruity peach. Palate is medium bodied with lively carbonation--a little too much initially but mellows as it sits in the glass. Quick finish. Overall, a nice highly drinkable beer with good flavor profile. Not complex but good either on its own or paired with food.

Very nice beer with a crisp finish. I could drink about 50 of these in the sun and be a happy dude.

Pours hazy golden with some hite head. A fruity aroma that gives way to butter as the beer warms up. Meh.

18.02.2015. 3/4 Pint Bottle at Bread & Butter, New York. Pale amber colour with white head. medium body with a fair malt flavour. Sourish aromas of fruit. Harsh. Yeast is mentioned, And there is a kind of homebrew syrup thing going on. Not for me this one

A sweet mineral aroma, pours a golden color with no head. Sweet fruity taste with a hint of hops. Light body and taste with a sweet fruit finish.

This one is awful! Doesn't taste anything but yeast!! Citrus and fruity but too sharp yeast flavor. Never going to try again! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I try to drink this every time it is brought to a gathering just to not be a snot but this is kind of yucky. Artificial peach and too much yeast.
