Mar 15, 2005 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Unusual brew using English top-fermenting yeast and also wheat. And then it’s a fruit beer - I would’ve guessed raspberries, but it turns out to be....apricot!!! Fully golden, unfiltered with a pretty decent head. Pronounced, dry fruit flavours and almost no sweetness. Well, not a complete pleasure.

Sep 30, 2006 [Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Hazy golden. Rich apricot jam aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Not sticky, but soo much apricot jam that it covers everything else, turning out one dimensional.

Oct 3, 2006 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma of caramel, malts, fruity hops and some slight hayish notes. Flavour is lots of apricot, hops, malts, grass and caramel. Smooth and refreshing, but not necessarily a superb flavour experience.

Deep blond color. A poor Ale, with soft corners and some baking yeast character, maybe a light fruit touch too.

Amber color; big head. Some malt flavor with a gentle fruitness; the aroma as well shows some redberry touch. Quite bitter at the end. Drinkable.

Dec 31, 2002 Clear light copper body with quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is earthy hoppy, somewhat sweet, some apricot fruitiness. Taste is light -- moderately sweet apricot that’s tempered by some mild earthy hoppiness. Somewhat sticky on the palate, detracting from its summer-beer feeling.
