Apricot flavouring
A Beer Cloaked in Secrecy An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why, indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

Slightly hazy yellow-orange with an off-white head. Aroma of canned peaches and pears, floral, pale malt. Tastes of apricot nectar, light grain, floral, a bit of tartness and hop bitterness. Light bodied and fizzy. A refreshing fruit beer that could be nice in summer, not really my thing though.

Can. A- Apricots, fruity, cleaner, wheat, pool water. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Wheat, apricots, fruity, slightly dry, subtle bitterness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- Early in my craft days I’d have loved this. With a bit more of a palate now, it’s not so delish. Decent but not delish. Nice apricot in there but also some cholorine and chemical like aromas. Excepted more. Wanted more.

Aromatu brak. Lekko słodowy i owocowy. Piwo klarowne, barwa złota. Kiepska piana. W smaku delikatne owoce, wysokie nasycenie. Lekka goryczka. Mix radera i PA.

Bottle in Philadelphia. Strong spicy aroma with a lingering sweetness. Apricot a bit over powering with a banana back bone.

Old rating. Really liked it before I got into beer a lot. Overall, still not a bad sixer for drinking. Sweet, apricot taste over a thin body. Just fine.

Wonderful beer. The most popular beer that they have. This beer is amber with a distinct taste.

Bottle. Aroma is fruity peach. Appearance is clear, light yellow-gold with small persistent head, light lacing with minimal retention, sustained carbonation. Taste is medium sweet fruity peach. Palate is medium bodied with lively carbonation--a little too much initially but mellows as it sits in the glass. Quick finish. Overall, a nice highly drinkable beer with good flavor profile. Not complex but good either on its own or paired with food.

Very nice beer with a crisp finish. I could drink about 50 of these in the sun and be a happy dude.
