COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Apricot flavouring
A Beer Cloaked in Secrecy An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why, indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

Not too wild about this one. Tastes too watered down. Aroma is decent. Tastes like a wanna be red Revere Stryker dog!

Aroma is sweet malts, apricot and caramel. Taste is basic light sweet malts with a fairly well balanced bitterness. Finishes with some apricot sseetness. Appearance is a clear gold/amber with a thin pearl head that that retains fairly well.

355 ml bottle, 5.1% abv. Malty taste with peach notes. Medium bitternes. Smooth mouthfeel but not very interesting altogether.

Alcohol, herbs, citrus, toast. A decent beer for beginners to explore new micro brews without starting to strong

Peachy & tangerine up front with a boring malt profile. Not bad by any stretch, good drinkability, just dull & so so.

12oz bottle poured into a plastic cup. There’s a fruity, raspberry aroma that’s pretty prevalent along with rosewater. The undertone is grainy, caramel, and bready (like a scone or muffin). It’s a clear orange-gold color with a medium fluffy white ring and very little lace. The taste is a medium sweet and light bitter. The medium light body beer has a creamy soft carbonation and a thin, grainy texture. It finishes with muted flavors of berries, stone fruit, toasted grains, muffin/scone, and a light caramel/honey. The aftertaste is dry, crisp, and light with some grassy touches.

Weak smell with hints of malt. At first taste the flavor flows through the mouth. Almost creamy nutty taste with no residual aftertaste. Floral taste toward end of bottle

1 pint 6 fl oz bottle. Dark golden, nearly amber in the glass, light unclear, small head. Dull apricot on the nose. Starts little bit dry fruity with low bitterness. Black tea and malt in the background. Not bad at the 86° F we have now and better than every iced soft drink. But nothin´ more.

Fruity but odd. Fruity beet lovers will like it but I didn’t give it full makes because I prefer a darker after taste.
