Passion fruit /peach aroma leads to an over carbonated malty palate with slight peach after taste. I’m not sure what they were trying to accomplish but very average

Pours a lighter copper, little head. Nose is powerful of peaches. It is pretty light and crispy, lots of fruit flavors. Not as fruiting as a typical fruit beer, more beer flavor, but still sweet, not sour.

Bottle pour into pint..Light goldenish/apricot hue..not much good stuff going on in the nose..like a cross between aromas of a wanna be fruit beer and a MBC offering..Major question is how does magic hat continue to sell so much of this because it is just a weak offering..

Bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk. Crystal clear, still amber like a faro. Smells unimpressive -sweet and skunky like a mediocre macro lager. Taste is floral and fruity - perfumed, perhaps raspberry jam, perhaps peach. Strange. Very short, watery finish but that might do it a favour as I’m not keen.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Smells of apricots and oranges. Pours clean with no head; slightly translucent light orange color. Tastes fruity with a little space. It does a lot of good things but together they don’t add up to a good beer.

Rating #963 - February 10, 2014. $12.99 CAD for 6 341ml bottles at Coop (sale price). Did not know this was a fruit beer until opening, expectation of an APA may have resulted in lower than justifiable rating. But then again, I really don’t have to justify myself to you, internet. Pours a golden yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma is sweetened apricot jelly, pale malt. Palate is more of the sugary apricot with some mild grassy, earthy hops. One of the worst apricot beers I’ve tried, way behind Alley Kat, Pyramid, St. Ambroise. Not impressive.

Never has a beer’s aroma made me pour it out. I do not want to describe this catastrophe, for fear of reliving it. The flavor was sweet and pleasant.

This wasn't what I thought it was going to be. Fruity with a crisp finish. If I wanted alcohol in my fruit juice I'd make a mixed drink...

Robe blonde claire surmontée d’une mousse généreuse qui s’estompe lentement en dentelle. Arômes de pain et de malt. Âcre au goût, elle n’affiche que peu de richesse... et ou est le goût d’abricot???
