2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: JAN 29, 2007 BOTTLE: Another "fruit flavored" beer. What can I say? Not as undrinkable as Samís Cranberry Lambic. A nothing special beer made weird and therefore "special" by the addition of flavors that make it taste like a beer aperatif. But thatís my take. If you appreciate this category, please email me. I have five more bottles that Iíd gladly ship for the cost of postage. I hate to dump overpriced, err.. premium priced beer.BUY AGAIN? No

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clear light orange body with bold yellow hues. Thin head fades quickly, I think it was white, though it dissapeared so fast Iíll never be sure. Thin linear lacing. Ugly. Aroma is of lightly toasted malts. Very fruity as well, with notes of apricot puree and a little peach. This also has an awful odor Iíd associate with a dirty bathroom. Additions of cereal grains and a slight hoppy bitterness that grows more pronounced near the finish. Too acidic. Too much carbonation, though it couldnít even sustain the diminutive head. Finishes cloying, then dries out a touch. Palate is too bubbly. A pathetic beer.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft at Gillette Stadium. Clear, medium dark gold body. Thin, foamy white film for a head. Spider-web like lacing of micro-bubbles. The aroma is very floral, with honey, indistinguishable light fruits, and sweet, cheap smelling malts. The flavor can only be described as an overly sweet cluster of mystery fruits, pale malts, and adjuncts with minimal hop bitterness. The body is on the light side of medium, with a light syrupy profile that does not settle well. This beer is like a science experiment gone wrong. Not recommended.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured into pint from bottle at The Winking Lizard. Lady brought me this beer instead of what I asked for so it was free, which is the only way I would ever drink this shit. Fruity apricot bandaid aroma, taste is about the same. Pale MGD pour with some lace and no head. No carbonation. Yuck but free.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
One of the worst samples Iíve tried this year. Pours a brilliant copper with a nice white head. Aroma is of bread and some light dried fruit. Taste is... well, how do I put this, imagine unsweetened fruit seltzer water. No body, no sweetness, no bitterness, just very, very dry.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Eye catching bottle. Lack of info is either marketing fail or intriguing mystery. I thought the latter. but discovered a limp ambiguous brew that failed to tick any boxes. Perhaps closest to a pale ale but an absence of a defining flavour or aroma dissapointed.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured a clear amber colour with a two-finger white foamy head that didnít lace well. Moderate to high carbonation - lots of bubble trails. Aroma faintly of apricot. Tasted bland, at best with a slight fruit sweetness. Light body. Had a long slightly bitter aftertaste as well as a slight metallic finish. Really a nothing beer.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a clear golden with a thin white foam. Sour fruit like apples and apricot in the aroma. Light body with mild carbonation. Bitter and fruity, this beer is not refreshing and the sour flavor spoils the finish.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, fruity, perfume, artificial. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, artificial. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
P: Clear slightly foggy golden apricot body with a 1/2 finger of thin white bubbly head. Leaving behind a white halo.
S: Ginger, artificial apricots, and buttery grains. Very odd aroma that I just canít pin down but itís not good.
T/M: The odd aroma follows into the taste and has a unpleasant profile. The taste is like old snow cone apricot syrup. Light-medium zesty body. Finishes wet with the linger of the odd apricot taste.
O: Not a fan of this at all. Itís just odd and displeasing. I get the apricot presence but its just not a good apricot. This would be much improved if the apricot taste was real and not a syrupy fake. Glad this is my last one.
