| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2007 I think this beer is rated exactly where it should be: right in the middle. This is something that is readily accessible, somewhat interesting, and better than a lot of mainstream brews. Really thin mouthfeel. Apricot flavor is not something I’m into. sirsirus (60), Boston, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2006 Slight apricot flavors, medium carbonation, cloudy colouring, a bit of body and quite appropriately named. Fresh, juicy, crisp and refreshing. In its class/price range a good bargin. carruthm (1187), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 13, 2008 orangey pour with a small-medium head. Aroma has some candied sugar, fruits and even malts in it, though subtle. Taste is also a mix. Not sure I would call this a fruit beer, but it has elements of that in it. Very drinkable. ghostmonkey (182), budd lake, New Jersey, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 9, 2008 "Not quite pale ale" is a little coy; in fact, this is nothing like a pale ale, but is nevertheless quite a beer. An almost luminescent orange color with a mildly spicy, citrusy, almost saccharine nose, the flavor is quite unique. While it’s too sweet to become a staple, it’s certainly one of the more baffling beers (in a good way) I’ve had in quite a while. jlruthven (137), Milledgeville, Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2008 I think I’ve found my new beach beer. Served almost ice-cold, which usually is a no-no, but appropriate here. Hops come through faintly in the background, with the infusion of apricot dominating, but not overpowering, the palate. Very clean finish. I could drink this all afternoon. andyhite (293), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Updated: Aug 3, 2007bottle. thanks, ryan. it really boggles my mind as to why it’s classified as a fruit beer. I think it’s slighty fruity, but when i think fruit beer, i think lambic. it’s an above-average smooth drinker with a balanced taste and hints of fruit, honey, and sugary nuts. it’s a good brew, and i could definitely throw a few of these back, but i could also savor just one or two as well. it’s good, i just feel as though it is mis-categorized. thenick (746), North Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 9, 2007 Pours orange with a small white head. The aroma is predominantly apricot with some very slight hop thrown in. Flavor is controlled by the apricot, with citrus and hop notes toward the end. This is a very refreshing beer perfect for a summer barbecue.
